These terms govern your use of stewardhousing.com and its related pages (the “Site”), operated by GB Active LLC, doing business as Steward Housing (“Steward,” “we,” “us”). Buy4Cash is a Steward Housing brand operated by the same company. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information, not advice

Everything on the Site, including deal sheets, market reports, checklists, zoning reads, and estimates, is provided for general information only. It is not legal, financial, investment, or tax advice, and it is not a substitute for your own diligence. Zoning, licensing, and land use rules change and depend on the specific property; always verify with the relevant city, county, and state authorities and your own professionals before acting.

No offer until contract

Cash offer estimates, projected returns, and similar figures are preliminary and non binding. No offer, purchase, sale, or investment exists unless and until the parties sign a written agreement. We may update, correct, or withdraw any figure or opportunity at any time.

Using the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully, to submit accurate information about yourself and any property or organization you describe, and not to interfere with the Site, scrape it at scale, or attempt to access systems or data that are not intended for you.

Our content

The Site and its content, including text, branding, reports, and tools, belong to Steward or our licensors. You may view and print materials for your own evaluation of working with us. Any other reproduction or distribution requires our written permission.

Text messaging program

Steward Housing offers an optional SMS program. If you tick the text message consent box on one of our forms, we may text you about the matter you contacted us about: replies to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, updates about your cash offer or requested deal information, and a text back when we miss your call. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply and are charged by your mobile carrier.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can text HELP for assistance or contact us using the details at the bottom of this page. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of any purchase, sale, or other transaction. The SMS program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside our control. Our handling of your phone number and consent records is described in our Privacy Policy.

Third party services

The Site may link to or embed third party services, such as scheduling and electronic signature tools. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, Steward is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted on this page, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
