This policy explains how GB Active LLC, doing business as Steward Housing (“Steward,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit stewardhousing.com and its related pages (including our Buy4Cash home-buying brand at buy4cash.stewardhousing.com), submit one of our forms, scan a code from a letter we mailed you, or communicate with us by phone, text, or email.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, property details when you request a cash offer, and organization details when you inquire about investing or operating. If you reached us from a letter or a QR code, we record which letter brought you in so we know our mail was useful. Like most websites, our servers also receive basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited. We do not run third party advertising trackers on this site.
Cookies and tracking
We use only the cookies the site needs to work: a session cookie if you sign in to our client portal, and short lived cookies that keep a form you are filling out from losing your place. We do not run third party advertising trackers, and we do not use cookies to follow you around the internet. How we use it
